Easy Returns!

Returns are accepted for tagged, unworn, undamaged items in like new, original condition, provided we receive notification within 14 days of the delivery of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any returns should be sent back via tracked mail service.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund for an undelivered/lost dress.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
